TJX - - Responsibilities:
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment;
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures;
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards;
Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day;
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
