Job Overview

Responsibilities- Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
- Ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized.
- Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing), focusing on customer service and sales maximization.
- Ensure all fixtures are consistently replenished.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
- Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
- Lead floor leadership activities to drive top‑line sales through effective people development.
- Handle cash and conduct inventory/sales audits.
- Operate point‑of‑sale automated systems.
- Establish and pursue store goals through strategic planning.
- Elevate the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Perform traffic counting duties outside the store.
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Experience delivering employee training, facilitating meetings, and providing feedback.
- Proficiency with voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, and/or microphones.
- Ability to drive top‑line sales through effective floor leadership and people development.
- Experience with cash handling, inventory, and sales auditing.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems.
Physical specifications: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting at least 30 lbs. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
