As a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors to our space in New York City, introduce them to Merz b. Schwanen’s heritage, values, and products, and build deep, lasting relationships with our customers, contributing to the commercial success of the business. This role is part‑time (16‑24 hours per week) and will be based in our Soho, NYC store.

• Providing exceptional, memorable experiences to all visitors of our store
• Utilizing your brand and product knowledge to guide customers and assist them in choosing the products that are right for them
• Contributing to the achievement of the store’s key performance indicators
• Ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers and colleagues
• Maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store at all times
• Accurately performing store procedures such as stock counts, opening and closing, and cashing up
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

• Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in clothing retail
• Ability to work effectively in and contribute to the success of a team
