In your role at Cube Smart Self-Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain stores within your district, combining customer service and property maintenance.

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Work independently or as part of a team to rent self‑storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using our Point‑of‑Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

• Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and store grounds, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain the facility, including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar activities.
• Keep the storage facility clean and safe to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, neat landscaping and parking, tidy storage doors, and decluttered office space).

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self‑driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office products.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up‑to‑date insurance.
• Must be prepared to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder as required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
