Summary

The Brand Merchandiser shapes and protects the global product narrative across Collection apparel, accessories, and footwear, blending commercial instincts with a refined luxury aesthetic. This role partners with Analytics, Product Planning, Design, and senior leadership to develop data-driven seasonal line plans and translate market insights into actionable assortment strategies. The Brand Merchandiser balances creative vision with revenue, margin, and productivity goals to drive consistent business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop intentional, data-driven seasonal line plans in partnership with Analytics and Product Planning.
  • Support cross-functional merchandising partners to ensure operational discipline and milestone adherence.
  • Create elevated seasonal strategies and assortment presentations that articulate the product vision.
  • Apply consumer insights and competitive intelligence to influence product adoption and collection depth.
  • Partner with Design to align creative intent with commercial objectives and participate in design and production reviews.
  • Continuously shop markets to identify trends, pricing shifts, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Maintain ownership of the seasonal calendar and ensure timely decision-making and communication.
  • Drive solutions and process improvements to elevate team efficiency and enable growth.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise with women's luxury at comparable brands.
  • Refined taste level and strong product intuition.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and working knowledge of retail math.
  • Excellent time management and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to make informed, timely decisions independently and collaboratively.
  • Goal- and solution-oriented, highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced luxury environment.
