Summary

The Visual Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards in the SoHo boutique, translating global and regional direction into consistent in-store presentation. This hands‑on role supports the Store Director, leads the store team on presentation and training, and aligns visual strategy with commercial priorities. The position requires flexibility to support peak periods, activations, and seasonal installs.

• Execute global and regional visual merchandising guidelines, seasonal campaigns, floor sets, and product storytelling.
• Maintain windows, mannequins, fixtures, and signage to brand standards and address inconsistencies promptly.
• Act as the in‑store visual expert, providing day‑to‑day guidance and training to store teams on presentation.
• Partner cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align visual strategy with business priorities.
• Perform floor moves, installations, resets, and ensure proper handling and maintenance of visual tools and materials.
• Support regional visual direction and provide feedback from the store level; assist during special projects and store events.

• 3–5+ years of visual merchandising experience, ideally in luxury or premium retail; strong hands‑on store experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, train others, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity combined with commercial awareness, and excellent collaboration skills.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and short‑notice additional hours for key periods.
• Comfortable with physical installations and proficient with retail systems and reporting tools.
