Beauty Advisor

Senti Senti (formerly oo35mm), a beauty and gift boutique located in Chinatown, NYC and Brooklyn, NY, is looking for energetic individuals to join our Beauty Advisor team. The ideal candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service, great energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for skincare and makeup.

This is a full-time or part-time position that may lead to a managerial position for the qualified individual.

• Prior retail sales experience and managing a store/boutique (1 year preferred)
• Fluent in English
• A plus if fluent in Chinese or Korean

• Proven retail sales and customer service experience (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills
• Passion for customer service, selling, and product knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, ability to work weekdays and must be able to work weekends
• Ability to lift in excess of 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items for a short distance
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool

• Sales and consultations, including providing detailed product recommendations and product information
• Educate yourself on an ongoing basis about ingredients, skincare, and makeup to become a valuable expert resource for customers
• Maintain store cleanliness, adhere to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Participate in inventory control

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour
