Location: New York
Abbode is a fast-growing custom embroidery boutique in the heart of Nolita, known for one-of-a-kind personalized pieces.
The RoleYou’ll own the systems that keep the store running - from receiving inventory and managing order fulfillment to supporting brand events and keeping our operational workflow airtight. This is a hands‑on, high-accountability role for someone who takes pride in running a clean operation.
What You’ll Do- Quality check orders completed by our embroidery team and prepare them for shipping directly to clients
- Maintain inventory accuracy across receiving, backstock, and Shopify
- Work across Shopify, Google Suite, Getcho, and Slack.
- Coordinate transfers between office/studio and store
- 1-2 years in retail ops, fulfillment, or a similar role
- Detail‑oriented and self‑directed
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑system environment
