Stockroom Manager - Tribeca Store

La Garconne is seeking a Stockroom Manager at our Tribeca flagship store to maintain and monitor accurate inventory levels, track all items received and shipped, and ensure the stockroom is organized at all times.

• Actively manage inventory through cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies and implementing procedures to prevent loss and maintain accuracy.
• Work closely with Store Manager and Ecommerce group to track and prioritize which incoming shipments should be received and processed on a daily basis.
• Oversee accurate and timely inter-store transfers.
• Ensure online order fulfilments are completed on a timely basis.
• Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.
• Consistently communicate inventory related issues with rest of company.
• Replenish supplies required for the stockroom (i.e., shopping bag, garment bags, hangers, hang tags, etc.).
• Recruit, train, schedule and manage stockroom staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.

• Minimum of 5 years of retail stockroom management experience required.
• Luxury fashion e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit for manual handling of stock.
