As a Dunkin' Team Member
, you’ll be the face of our store, providing great customer experiences and helping deliver the delicious food and beverages Dunkin’ is known for. We’re looking for individuals who love serving others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to be part of an amazing team.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions
• Prepare and serve Dunkin’ coffee, donuts, and other food items to meet quality and safety standards
• Keep workstations clean and organized, following Dunkin’s safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with stocking and inventory management to ensure the store is always fully stocked
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere
• Support other team members with daily tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

• A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for working with a team and delivering exceptional customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Dunkin' brand
• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
