Position Overview

Stivali New York is seeking a Showroom Sales, Events & Client Experience Intern to join our Williamsburg showroom. This internship is ideal for an extremely outgoing, energetic, and magnetic individual who is passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

This hands‑on role combines sales, client experience, event execution, showroom operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
, providing a well‑rounded understanding of how a growing independent luxury fashion label operates. You'll play a key role in delivering memorable client experiences, supporting showroom sales, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Throughout the internship, you'll work directly with the founders of Stivali New York on select projects and initiatives, receiving hands‑on mentorship and valuable exposure to entrepreneurship, luxury retail, and brand building.

Internship Details
  • Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (In-Person)
  • Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours/week)
  • 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Monthly Stipend: $450
Core Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience
  • Welcome every client with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience from arrival through checkout.
  • Assist clients with styling, sizing, and product recommendations.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients and support showroom sales.
  • Represent the Stivali New York brand with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
  • Support client follow‑up and relationship‑building initiatives.
Events & Brand Experience
  • Assist in planning and executing showroom events, VIP shopping experiences, pop‑ups, trunk shows, and community events.
  • Help with event setup, visual merchandising, guest experience, and event breakdown.
  • Support initiatives that increase brand awareness and client engagement.
Showroom Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Support opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and daily showroom operations.
Fulfillment & Inventory
  • Prepare and pack showroom and e‑commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process returns and restock inventory.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and support Shopify inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure inventory accuracy.
What We're Looking For
  • Must be studying Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Undergraduate or graduate student preferred.
  • An extremely outgoing, energetic, and magnetic personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury retail, sales, events, and customer service.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing client‑facing responsibilities with operational tasks.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
