The Keyholder role at CNCPTS is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New York, NY. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include opening and closing the store, securing cash handling procedures, and ensuring all operational policies are followed. The Keyholder will support retail sales by engaging customers, delivering a high level of service, and maintaining product displays and merchandising standards. This role also involves sharing product knowledge, assisting with inventory processes, and helping resolve customer issues to promote a positive in‑store experience.
The Keyholder acts as a floor leader when management is not present, modeling professional behavior, clear communication, and a commitment to CNCPTS brand values.
- Strong customer‑focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience.
- Solid Retail Sales abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced, fashion‑driven environment.
- Robust Product Knowledge in footwear, apparel, and accessories, with an interest in global fashion and streetwear.
- Clear, professional Communication skills with customers, peers, and leadership.
- Previous experience in retail or similar customer‑facing roles.
- Reliability in handling keys, opening/closing responsibilities, and basic cash management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move product, and maintain store standards.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
