Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through eagerness to help, in‑depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and the ability to prioritize. Responsibilities include greeting customers, proactively approaching them to understand their needs, and supporting their shopping experience. You will uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.

Additionally, you will promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment; adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedure policies; maintain confidentiality of all company information; create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected; take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store; and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00. The starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
