• Be responsible for capturing customer information using multiple means of communication, including phone and written follow‑up.
• Manage client books, following up with clients regarding their shopping experience and potential inquiries such as product care instructions.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the Store Manager.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the product, including benefits, to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment.
• Partner with the Manager to leverage internal system knowledge to conduct business analyses and track store and individual KPIs.
• Support managers in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Operate POS system successfully, send end‑of‑day emails, and follow opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness; keep sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backrooms organized and well‑maintained.

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and sales skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and committed.
• Impeccable presentation and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions.
