Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a growing boutique retail environment. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming shopping experience while supporting store operations, merchandising, and digital engagement initiatives.

• Provide a warm, authentic, and personalized customer experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
• Maintain sales floor presentation, merchandising standards, and inventory replenishment.
• Execute opening and closing store procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and product uploads within the POS system.
• Support social media initiatives, customer engagement, and social commerce efforts.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and business goals.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and community-oriented store environment.
