As Assistant Store Manager for the Soho location, you will support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets while maintaining store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, coach, and develop the store team, implement visual and operational standards, and identify areas for improvement. The role requires collaboration with training, HR, and support departments to meet objectives.

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team to meet sales and service goals
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Coach and motivate employees to provide high levels of clienteling and customer service
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Collaborate with training, HR, and store support departments to utilize company resources
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
