Inventory Control Specialist, Maison Madison

The Opportunity

The Inventory Control Specialist manages store inventory, processes shipments, tickets merchandise, performs cycle counts, and assists in stock ordering.

• Receive and ticket merchandise accurately upon arrival.
• Generate packing, shipping transfers, and RTV of merchandise.
• Maintain records of receiving, shipping, and after‑sales service.
• Support weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories.
• Order and maintain shipping/selling and kitchen supplies.
• Process returns, damages, and after‑sales queries.
• Analyze business data and replenish inventory as needed.
• Develop inventory strategies to support selling and warehouse standards.

• No supervisory duties.

• No budget responsibilities.

• No decision‑making responsibilities.

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and asset protection.
• Proficient with internal systems and external shipping software.
• Able to lift 0‑25 lbs. without assistance.

The hourly range for this position is $22.81 - $25.20 per hour, based on experience.
