Client Advisor - Madison Ave Flagship

Summary

The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience and building lasting client relationships. This role is accountable for achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance through expert product knowledge and proactive clienteling. The advisor will represent the house standards on the shopfloor and support visual, operational and inventory processes.

• Provide exceptional client service by greeting, listening and assisting clients to exceed their needs.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through personalised client experiences and cross‑selling across product categories.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to strengthen loyalty.
• Support store visual merchandising, maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels.
• Execute operational tasks including cash activity, inventory, stock procedures and reporting as required by head office.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and uphold the house code of behaviours.

• Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Strong selling, communication and objection‑handling skills with a client‑centric approach.
• Interest in luxury fashion, trends and the ability to use digital retail tools and CRM.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, be mobile for extended periods and climb a ladder.
• Ability to lift packages weighing 10 lbs on a regular basis.
