Key Responsibilities
  • Demand and Inventory Planning

    Comprehensive demand and inventory planning, encompassing the management and forecasting of existing products and novelties. Analyze sales and demand forecasts to optimize inventory policies, drive new product launch planning with Marketing teams, and work with International Operations to build and update assortments for retail boutiques and e‑commerce based on market trends and North American strategy. Optimize inventory policies to support sales seasonality and replenishment lead times, manage rotations, and prevent surplus.

  • Support to Commercial Network

    Strategically drive business growth by optimizing product mix and maximizing sales through expert stock and assortment management. Lead critical coordination with International Operations for all aspects of stock management, including allocations and shortage resolution. Cultivate robust relationships with Commercial management, delivering essential stock insights. Oversee North American inventory for scarce products, implement allocation strategies, and drive network‑wide stock balancing initiatives in partnership with Merchandising.

    Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and International Operations, proactively identifying inventory opportunities and resolving complex stock challenges. Analyze local e‑commerce stock to align with sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and partner with the local e‑commerce team to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.

  • Strategic Inventory Management & Optimization

    This role drives strategic collaboration with Logistics teams to optimize product flows, meticulously track shipments, and prioritize warehouse deliveries. Manage all inbound and outbound product flows, including returns (RTVs). Implement advanced strategies for stock reduction and maximization; oversee damaged stock levels in partnership with Logistics and the New York workshop, initiate cleaning processes, and curate exclusive products for Employee Sales.

  • Continuous Improvement and Excellence

    Champion continuous process improvement by developing and maintaining Power BI and Looker dashboards for sales, stock, and transfers. Track and analyze monthly or weekly changes in sales trends, shortages, logistics processing, and stock levels across regions, boutiques, and e‑commerce assortments, and deliver critical reports to management. Collaborate with International, Logistics, and IT departments to enhance supply chain services, lead special projects, and engage with internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Corporate Commercial, PR, Celebrity team, Warehouse, and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in planning, merchandising, or buying with strategic impact and leadership.
  • Exceptional proficiency in the MS‑Office Suite, especially Excel, and analytical tools for complex data analysis.
  • Experience with SAP systems and Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods, jewelry, and precious stones.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a strategic approach to identifying opportunities and resolving complex challenges.
