• To be the local representative on the shop floor to drive sales, and ensure perfect execution of merchandising, marketing activities and any special projects.
• Proactively communicating any challenges and/or opportunities for improvement and expansion. This may include out of stock, new spaces and merchandising.
• Analyzing and reviewing sales figures and developing strategies to improve performance.
• Monitoring and communicating product in‑stock positions, ensuring that stock levels are at appropriate levels at all times.
• Assisting in the maintenance of TS/RP’s for all locations.
• Maximizing sales through strategic merchandising and promotional presentation in all locations.
• Implementing marketing strategies, ensuring product supply and coordinating teams.
• Ensuring merchandise is neat, clean and fully stocked in all locations.
• Ensuring that all signage and shelf edge pricing is clear and accurate in all locations.
• Supervising inventory counting at the end of shift. Assisting with all loss prevention initiatives, including staff bag checks.
• Assisting in preparation for full inventory count, ensuring that the staff and areas to be counted are prepared and ready for the count.
• Overseeing product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP and promotional changeovers.
• Receiving and distributing testers & GWP’s at the warehouse for sorting and store distribution.
• Observing and maintaining store loss prevention and security procedures and reporting any security breaches or issues.
• Ensuring all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Performing other related tasks as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Well organized.
• Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long‑term business results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives.
• Relationship oriented (internally and externally).
• Confident, articulate and energetic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
