Store Manager - Woodbury Commons Outlet

Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and commercial performance of the Woodbury Commons outlet store, driving sales, profitability and exceptional client service. This role leads recruitment, training and development of store personnel, manages expense and payroll budgets, and implements store strategy and KPIs. The manager ensures store standards for merchandising, presentation, CRM and operational procedures are consistently met.

• Develop and execute store strategy and annual action plans to achieve sales and financial targets.
• Monitor and communicate store sales and KPIs, analyze performance and implement action plans.
• Manage schedules, payroll and head count to optimize coverage and productivity.
• Control expenses and review monthly P&L to maintain budgetary targets.
• Recruit, train and develop store associates; lead performance management and staffing decisions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, clienteling and CRM usage to grow and retain clientele.
• Oversee POS accuracy, cash handling, banking procedures and adherence to store policies.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards in collaboration with visual team.
• Coordinate store logistics and ensure a clean, organized and fully operational retail environment.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or a related role, preferably in luxury retail.
• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership, communication and performance management skills.
• Experience with financial management, P&L analysis and expense control.
• Strong customer service orientation and experience in clienteling; existing client book preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software and retail systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and early/late shifts.
