You understand that your role is essential to delivering exceptional wholesale operations and ensuring every order is handled accurately and efficiently. You take pride in getting it right the first time, knowing that every detail matters. You are organized, solutions‑focused, and work collaboratively with your team to support seamless wholesale fulfillment. With strong attention to detail, you manage orders and inventory thoroughly and accurately.

You approach each day with a positive attitude, maintain a well‑organized workspace, and uphold our brand standards in everything you do. You are dependable, arrive prepared and on time each day, and consistently contribute to the success of the wholesale team.

• Assist in wholesale order fulfillment as part of the wholesale fulfillment team.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with retailer vendor guidelines.
• Maintain organization of orders during the fulfillment process.
• Work with the wholesale team to ensure that orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date.
• Perform inventory tasks, including:
• Unpacking boxes for the day.
• Counting, receiving, and processing orders.
• Reorganizing inventory.
• Helping to create solutions for better inventory storage and organization.
• Carry out quality control for wholesale orders, reviewing accuracy & quality including but not limited to:
• SKU
• Spelling
• Customization accuracy
• Color
• Number of items
• Clean up your workspace at the end of each day and ensure the area is ready for the next day.
• Break down boxes and help with cleaning responsibilities.
• Work with attention and efficiency while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• 1–2 years of wholesale experience.
• Clear communication and ability to ask for what you need.
• Solution‑focused and able to take calculated risks.
• Thorough in project completion and attentive to details.
• A relentless drive for results.
• Creatively courageous in trying something new while maintaining the brand ethos.
• Recognize the power of choice in all aspects of life and choose happiness.
• Experience with EDI, vendor guidelines, vendor portal navigation, and other wholesale technology platforms.

• Professional work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.
• Solid understanding of daily wholesale operations and industry standard wholesale specific terminology.

• Hours expectation: an average of 24 hours per week.
• Weekly schedule subject to change during busy seasons and events;
  Stoney Clover Lane reserves the rights to make schedule adjustments based on needs and requirements.
• Blackout dates during the holiday season; this position is seasonal.
