Summary

Supervises visual support operations on the sales floor to maintain merchandising and presentation standards. Works closely with visual merchandising and store leadership to execute floor sets, signage, and display installations. Oversees daily visual tasks and coordinates resources to ensure a consistent brand presentation.

• Lead and coordinate visual support activities including signage, fixtures, and merchandising maintenance.
• Implement floor moves, product resets, and display installations according to visual guidelines.
• Train, schedule, and supervise visual support associates; assign daily tasks and priorities.
• Audit visual presentation, identify issues, and communicate with store management and visual merchandising partners.
• Coordinate with stock and operations to ensure product availability for displays and sets.

• 3+ years of retail visual merchandising or store operations experience.
• Prior supervisory experience leading a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and a good visual sense for merchandising presentation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving fixtures, and working on ladders.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
