Summary
The Merchandising Support Associate provides part-time support for the ready-to-wear merchandising team on the sales floor. This role helps maintain product presentation, assists with floor moves and restocking, and supports inventory and pricing tasks to ensure a polished customer experience. Works closely with store leadership and visual merchandising to execute merchandising plans.
Responsibilities- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing merchandise for the sales floor
- Support visual merchandising and floor moves to maintain brand presentation
- Price and tag merchandise and ensure accurate signage
- Conduct regular stock pulls and replenish merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to support inventory accuracy
- 2+ years of retail or merchandising experience, preferably in apparel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual standards
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and work on a retail shift schedule
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
