Summary

Senior Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets and driving client development for the Madison Avenue store. Sets the example for customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards, and may oversee the store and staff in the absence of management. The role includes participating in events, supporting operational tasks, and maintaining local market knowledge.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and manage client communications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling floor and merchandise presentation.
• Develop and grow existing clientele and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks, special events, and store projects such as inventory and sample sales.
• Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and a client-oriented sales focus.
• Ideally has an established clientele following and strong local market knowledge.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including seven-day operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management skills, and professional composure.
