Leap, a SOHO boutique powered by the Leap Platform, is seeking a hands-on Sales Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. The role is based in New York's SOHO with an emphasis on coaching, customer engagement, and sales leadership.
The Leader on Duty will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, manage floor coverage, and ensure brand standards are upheld. Hourly pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour and the role is bonus eligible.
