Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting products during transactions;
Support store environment and sales initiatives throughout the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and address guest questions or concerns promptly
