Location: New York
- Manage wholesale accounts across the West Coast and Southwest territories, driving sales growth and providing day-to-day account support.
- Build, maintain, and organize seasonal line sheets and product assortments in NuORDER for internal teams and retail partners.
- Process wholesale orders end-to-end in NuORDER and create pick tickets to support warehouse operations and on‑time fulfillment.
- Pull inventory, sales, and order reports from ERP systems to support account decisions and business planning.
- Manage all showroom samples from design through showroom arrival, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and merchandising.
- Support Account Executives during buyer appointments by preparing product assortments, line sheets, and sales materials.
- Track and analyze inventory in Excel using VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and inventory reporting.
- Present seasonal collections and recommend product assortments to retail partners to maximize sell‑through.
