Summary
Lead all store operations for the Madison Ave boutique, driving sales performance, elevating client experience, and developing a high-performing team. Own financial outcomes and operational excellence while maintaining luxury presentation and service standards. Partner with regional leadership to execute merchandising, events, and local business strategies.
Responsibilities- Drive sales and profitability to meet or exceed store targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store leadership and sales staff.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer service to build long-term relationships.
- Ensure visual merchandising, stock management, and loss-prevention practices are followed.
- Plan and execute in-store events and local marketing initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrated store management success.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, analyze sales metrics, and implement action plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
