Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally;
Process guest purchases and returns via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals in the POS system;
Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions
