Retail Full Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Flatiron - New York, NY

Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our Flatiron location in New York, NY. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports both Sales and Operations by delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience across website and retail stores.

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs.
• Perform physical duties that may include moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communication skills, and an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
