The Associate Buyer (Temporary) leads the Men's Footwear team supporting execution of seasonal merchandise strategies that align with Lacoste's brand vision and business objectives. This role partners closely with Buying,Planning/Allocations, Wholesale, Digital, HQ Merchandising, Marketing, Visualand Commercial teams to ensure the successful execution of product assortments,timely product launches, and inventory management across North America.

Theideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about premium fashion, footwear, and consumer trends.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Develop and execute seasonal assortments for the Men's Footwear category.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, customer demand, and market trends toprovide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly and seasonal selling reports, including style, color, size, and category performance analyses.
  • Create,maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
  • Maintain product information, pricing, cost, and assortment data within merchandising and Anaplan systems.
  • Assistin assortment planning, line reviews, product presentations, and seasonal market meetings.
  • Partner with Planning to monitor inventory levels, replenishment opportunities, and promotional/markdown recommendations.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teamsto support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Support sample management for meetings, photography, and product reviews.
  • Stay informed on footwear industry trends, competitive brands, consumer insights,and emerging market opportunities.
  • Perform additional merchandising and buying responsibilities as assigned.
