Tops Friendly Markets - - Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer requests for deli products;
Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Deli operations, safety, and sanitation;
Assist in the achievement of financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense;
Maintain and enforce a clean as you go policy to ensure sanitary conditions at all times;
Assist in inventory control, ordering and receiving product and labor management/scheduling
