Retail Operations Coordinator

Ashley The Wellsville Group is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support smooth, efficient store operations across our home furnishings locations. In this role, you'll coordinate daily tasks, inventory flow, merchandising standards, and operational processes that directly impact the in-store and online customer experience. Working closely with sales, logistics, and leadership, you'll monitor KPIs, prepare basic reports, assist with scheduling, and help execute promotions and floor resets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations, merchandising standards, and inventory flow across assigned locations
• Support sales and customer service teams with timely product availability and issue resolution
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare basic reports, and recommend process improvements
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate deliveries and stock replenishment
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and communication of company policies and procedures
• Ensure operational compliance with company standards for safety, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Support new hire training on operational processes, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to execute promotions, floor resets, and special projects
