The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all team and shop operations within a luxury concession. This role will focus on customer service, team management and performance, sales performance, and efficiency ensuring maintenance of operational standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate staff in exercising exceptional customer service skills with clients.
- Maintain visual standards in alignment with brand expectations.
- Support with recruitment and performance management of existing staff
- Oversee daily operations managed by the sales and operations staff
- Analyze sales performance and manage sales and inventory reporting
- Ensure consistent communication with HQ Retail team and management team
- Experience in retail management, ideally within luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and coaching.
- Experience working with Unions
- Expertise in store operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in different inventory systems and POS platforms
