Great opportunity to join our client, a contemporary luxury brand! We are looking for a talented Luxury Retail Sales Associates to join our new Meatpacking District concept store.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering personalized and memorable service
- Greet and engage clients, offering styling guidance
- Develop and grow a loyal client base through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, sales floor support, and stockroom organization
- Ensure the store is consistently well‑presented
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive, service‑focused environment
- 2+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage, and retain a client book
- Familiarity with retail POS systems; keyholder experience is a plus
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and passion for customer service and luxury retail
- Multilingual skills are a plus
