Branch Coordinator

As a Branch Coordinator at Sherwin-Williams, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of our retail locations, facilitating smooth workflow and ensuring that the branch achieves its targets. This position serves as the linchpin between our retail personnel, management, and customers, ensuring premium service and support in line with our legacy as a leader in the paints and coatings industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
• Schedule staff shifts and manage timesheets

• Implement directives from corporate management at the branch level
