Retail Store Manager

Mattress Firm seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will set and track sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to grow revenue and profitability. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales and performance goals

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Track and analyze sales and performance metrics to drive results
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment
