Assistant Store Manager

Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service in our baby and children's apparel store. You'll help lead a team, ensure visual and operational standards, manage inventory, and maintain an engaging, family-focused shopping experience. Partnering with the Store Manager, you'll coach associates, analyze performance, and implement company initiatives. Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Assist in leading, coaching, and scheduling store associates
• Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service and meeting KPI targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels, organize stock, and support loss prevention efforts
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and focus on family needs
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support hiring, training, and performance feedback for team members
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and execute action plans
• Collaborate with Store Manager on local initiatives and corporate programs
