Summary

As Senior Client Advisor, you will lead the client advisor team, drive sales and KPI achievement, and deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients in a high-end boutique. You will support store leadership, train and develop advisors, and foster a collaborative team culture while upholding Maison standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the client advisor team, leading by example to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Train new advisors and provide ongoing development and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, delivering personalized styling and after-sale service.
• Drive business performance through proactive client outreach and effective use of sales tools.
• Support front and back-of-house operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury fashion, accessories retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong sales orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to meet KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language, and comfort using retail tools and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and foster teamwork and collaboration.
