Blue Nile is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

This role is essential for ensuring theaccurateand efficient management of our inventory. The candidate willbe responsible for handling various inventory-related tasks, fromowning theinventorypurchasingprocesstocreating ad-hocreporting, andwill work closely with external vendors tomaintainthe highest standards of quality control.

*** This role is a Seasonal role with Full-Time Hours of at least 40-hours weekly. There is potential for overtime availability. You will be supporting our Inventory Team during our Peak Holiday Season approximately September through February.

• Create andmonitorinventory trackers and reports to ensureoptimalinventory levelsand leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams to create and placeasset inventorypurchase ordersin a timely manner.
• Communicate with external vendors to track and manage open purchase orders until fulfillment.
• Intake and process purchase orders into inventory.
• Document and communicate feedback from internal and external quality control teams to external vendors duringintakeprocess.

  Proficiency in VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, and advanced formatting techniques.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Keen attention to detail in all aspects of inventory management.
• Strong Analytical

  Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent Follow-Through:
  Strong commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Inventory Experience Preferred:
  Prior experience in inventory management is highly desirable.
• Luxury Industry Experience Preferred:
  Experience with in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry, is a plus.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Base pay range: $24-$26 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
