Coordinator, Visual Merchandising

Summary

Part-Time Visual Merchandising Coordinator supporting the execution of visual merchandising initiatives for a luxury beauty brand. The role combines creative design, field support, and operational coordination across flagship retail locations, requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

• Visit flagship retail locations to support visual merchandising execution, audits, and maintenance.
• Pack, organize, and ship visual merchandising materials and launch kits to the field.
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, installation guides, and training documents.
• Assist with visual merchandising layouts, renderings, and design concepts and support seasonal launches and store updates.
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and track VM inventory.
• Provide general administrative and project support for the Visual Merchandising department.

• Experience or strong interest in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, or a related creative field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience with Sketch Up preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable traveling between flagship stores, walking multiple retail locations, and lifting/moving boxes and VM materials as needed.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or visual merchandising and familiarity with planograms and retail fixtures preferred.
