Beer Merchandiser

TJ Sheehan Distributing is seeking a Beer Merchandiser to support retail accounts in the Westmoreland area. In this role, you will stock shelves and coolers, build displays, rotate product, and maintain accurate signage and pricing for our beer portfolio. You will ensure product freshness by following proper rotation standards, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to sales and delivery teams. The position is physically active, requiring frequent lifting, bending, and walking in stores.

You'll represent our family-owned company professionally, build strong relationships with store staff, and support promotional programs and seasonal resets.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with beer and beverage products
• Build, organize, and maintain in-store product displays and end caps
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize out-of-date product
• Maintain accurate pricing, point-of-sale materials, and signage
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to sales and delivery teams
• Follow store and company safety standards during merchandising activities
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and walking
• Support planograms, resets, and seasonal promotional setups
• Provide professional, friendly service to store staff and managers
• Represent TJ Sheehan's brand standards and product knowledge in accounts
