As an Assistant to the Bakery Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our bakery operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Following directions from the Bake Team to prepare tools, products, and bakery line items.
• Keeping up with the pace of the team to ensure everything is ready when needed.
• Supporting the team by maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Standing for extended periods while assisting with bakery operations.

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following to the table:

• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or environment.
• Skills:
  
  A strong ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
