Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

As described in YOUR ROLE above, you will support stock operations and Sales floor as needed.

• Excel in brand standards and product movement through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures remain organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, formulate a plan and take action to correct them.
• Support team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or guest assistance, demonstrating teamwork.
• Maintain safety and Asset Protection standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, following AEO policies and procedures.

• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
