NY Events | Spectrum Retail Partner.
The program:- 8–12 month path to running your own projects, uncapped.
- Hands‑on sales, client, and leadership training.
- Real responsibility from day one — not shadowing.
- Represent clients at outdoor events & retail activations.
- Build client relationships and business skills.
- Take on more ownership as you grow in the program.
- Full-time availability preferred.
- Students welcome — minimum 3 full business days/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Motivated, coachable, ready for real responsibility.
- No experience needed — we train you.
- Paid internship.
- Hands‑on mentorship from team leaders.
- Structured path toward management in 8‑12 months.
- Resume‑building experience with Fortune 100 brands.
- Midtown Manhattan | Spectrum Retail Partner.
- Experience: Not required
- Employment: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: $3,200 – $5,200 monthly
- Starting time: Immediate start!
