Job Overview:

The Store Manager is a people and business‑oriented profile, the key reference point for the store team responsible for overseeing efficient store operations. With a focus on client service, fashion expertise, and team training, Store Managers lead their teams with passion, innovation, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor, engaging with top clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Enforce exceptional customer service, maximizing and expanding customers’ portfolios while multitasking in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Ensure client follow‑up by the Sales Team, providing customized proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the District Manager.
  • Represent the brand’s standards for a high‑level customer experience.
  • Mentor the team, inspiring and leading through product knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Proactively follow current competitors and fashion trends.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high‑performing team in an inspiring work environment.
  • Promote brand awareness, establish store presence, and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company‑sponsored events.
Operations
  • Oversee processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments.
  • Implement business action plans with the District Manager to enhance sales for each product category and client tier.
  • Maintain stock levels, communicate with the District Manager to ensure high sell‑through and alignment with new product launches.
  • Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening, and closing procedures.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas; perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
Performance Management
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to team members to ensure brand guidelines and seasonal strategy are understood.
  • Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment.
  • Support the team in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
  • Conduct coaching and counseling sessions, review performance, and provide constructive, timely feedback.
  • Oversee performance check‑in process, establish individual goals, and identify action plans for team members with the District Manager.
  • Provide accurate monthly schedules and analyze peak hours for adequate floor coverage and timely payroll submissions.
  • Communicate company KPIs and identify strategies to meet performance standards.
  • Assist with store events, including planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Team Dynamic
  • Act as liaison between Sales Leads and Assistant Managers, ensuring high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Provide training to Sales Leads and Assistant Managers, including cross‑department functions.
  • Support new store openings across the US as part of team bonding opportunities.
  • Participate in nationwide contests and other inter‑store competitions.
Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the US for any employer.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail, preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
  • Problem‑solving ability.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • People‑oriented with a genuine enjoyment of building guest connections.
  • Physically able to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions, including climbing a ladder and using a step stool.
