Provide high-quality customer service and drive sales on the women's shoe floor at the 59th Street location. Use product knowledge and clienteling to build relationships, meet individual and store sales goals, and create a curated shopping experience for guests. • Greet and assist customers, delivering personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through client development and follow-up.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current shoe styles, brands, fit, and inventory availability.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns/exchanges, and support point-of-sale operations.
• Ensure the sales floor is merchandised, stocked, and kept to visual and presentation standards.
