Head of retail

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of Retail to lead our retail network, strengthen our leadership teams, and build the foundations needed to support our development.
This role combines retail strategy, business growth, operational excellence, and people leadership. The role will drive sales and profitability while elevating the customer experience, strengthening store standards, developing talent, and building scalable processes across the organization.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of Retail USA to lead our retail network, strengthen our leadership teams, and build the operational foundations needed to support the next stage of our development.
This role combines retail strategy, business growth, operational excellence, and people leadership. The successful candidate will drive sales and profitability while elevating the customer experience, strengthening merchandising and store standards, developing talent, and building scalable processes across the organization.

• Define and execute the retail strategy for the US market.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall retail performance.
• Support the development and opening of new stores and future expansion projects.
• Build, coach, and develop Store Managers and Retail Leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop internal talent and support succession planning and career growth opportunities.
• Strengthen customer experience, clienteling initiatives, and service excellence across the network.
• Elevate store presentation, merchandising standards, and brand execution.
• Implement and optimize retail processes, tools, and operating standards to support business growth.
• Lead change management initiatives and organizational transformation when needed.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
• Manage retail budgets, payroll, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPIs, business reviews, and action plans.
• Champion a safe, engaging, and high-performing work environment where employees can grow and succeed.

Skills

• Master's degree or equivalent executive-level professional experience.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or a global luxury brand.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering significant revenue growth in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Strong expertise in retail operations, business transformation, and customer experience management.
• Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, retail trends, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a complex, international organization and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
• Ability to travel in USA up to 30%.
