Product Developer

We are seeking a professional Sales specializing in Home Decor, Seasonal Decor and Outdoor Living categories. This role focuses on US retail customer development, sales order management, and full-cycle account service, partnering with major off-price and mainstream retailers to drive continuous business growth.

• Develop and maintain stable business relationships with US retail buyers.
• Provide professional product consultation, seasonal trend analysis, assortment planning and customized product solutions according to customer’s buying calendar and market demands.
• Handle full sales process: inquiry reply, quotation, sample arrangement, price negotiation, order confirmation and project follow-up.
• Coordinate with product development, quality and production teams to ensure product compliance, quality standards, packaging requirements and on-time delivery.
• Attend customer line reviews, present new items, resolve buyer feedback, and continuously expand new SKU cooperation.
• Track market trends, competitor information and retail hot-selling items to support seasonal product layout and sales strategy adjustment.
• Achieve annual sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction and promote long-term strategic cooperation.

• Familiar with home decor, seasonal and outdoor living product categories and US retail market rules.
• Good English communication skills for direct buyer communication and business negotiation.
• Strong customer service awareness, execution ability and cross-team coordination capability.
• Experience in US retail or home decoration industry is highly preferred.
